What you'll do

Provide technical guidance and direction to business teams, contractors, and vendors.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Experience leading the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of responsible AI usage, including data sensitivity, security, and coaching others on compliant patterns.
Ability to solve design and functionality problems independently with minimal oversight.
Practical experience with cloud native technologies.
