Manufacturing Test Engineer, Connected Warfare

What you'll do

• Maintain ownership of production test flows and provide hands-on troubleshooting for complex electrical issues.
• Manage test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system-level checkouts to component-level validation.
• Improve existing test systems to increase automation, consistency, cycle time, and test coverage.
• Generate test work instructions for technicians and provide training on equipment use.
• Develop a library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides and diagrams.
• Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze test data and document results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure precision and reliability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, or 6+ years of advanced knowledge in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with safety protocols for high-voltage systems (208V 3-phase, 480V).
• Familiarity with Python, LabVIEW, and/or MATLAB for data parsing and data visualization.
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment including power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with Product Life Cycle (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Test Execution Systems (TES).
• Experience integrating electrical, mechanical, and software/firmware systems.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
