Manufacturing Engineering Senior Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead a team of engineers to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement plans for site assets and processes.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to establish cost-effective manufacturing strategies and improve customer service.
• Manage the identification, justification, and completion of critical CAPEX projects to improve safety, quality, and technology.
• Execute high-impact Value Stream Improvement Plans to enhance key business metrics like yield, cost, and inventory.
• Drive site-wide EHS initiatives to improve safety performance and reduce recordable injuries or environmental incidents.
• Coordinate New Product Introductions (NPIs) and manage MOC/CMP processes to support business growth.
• Develop a comprehensive site technology deployment plan to advance manufacturing capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Must have experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality.
• Must have experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma Methodology is preferred.
• Experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups on capital investments is preferred.
• Experience with web handling, coating, converting, and solution compounding is preferred.
• Master’s degree in a science or technical field from an accredited institution.
