Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of 10–15 technicians through coaching, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Perform inventory analysis and execute line management initiatives to optimize WIP flow and mitigate bottlenecks.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Monitor production issues such as NPI delays and output risks, taking swift corrective actions and escalating to management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve WIP flow issues and align on tool maintenance strategies.
• Utilize manufacturing automation systems and digital tools to monitor real-time data for informed decision-making.
• Deliver technical communications and shift summaries to translate floor-level insights into actionable information for leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• Experience in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or project management.
• Preferred 5 years of prior management or supervisory experience.
• Preferred experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal customers and upper management presentations.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 manufacturing personnel.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing automation systems and digital tools for data-informed decision making.
• Must be authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws.
