What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
0 to 2 years of engineering experience.
Candidates must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
For degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
Hands-on experience through internships, co-ops, senior projects, laboratory work, or similar technical experience (preferred).
Exposure to manufacturing processes, process improvement, lean manufacturing, or production support (preferred).
Familiarity with AutoCAD or related design software (preferred).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and machine safety principles (preferred).
