As a Manufacturing Engineer 2 within the Global Operations Group, you will support new product pilot production, virtual manufacturing, and high-volume manufacturing factories. You will oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of manufacturing methods while addressing technical, quality, and production challenges to optimize costs and standards. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience; advanced degree with no experience; or equivalent experience.
Skilled troubleshooting capabilities in electro/mechanical assemblies.
Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Proficiency in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) with a structured problem-solving approach.
Proficiency in CAD modeling, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or Product Data Modeling (PDM) systems.
Experience in Engineering Change Management Process.
Working knowledge of Operation Method Sheets (OMS), process planning, and Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, capital equipment manufacturing, DFMEA, and statistical process control.
