What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, process development, program management, or supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to use data for problem-solving and product improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering challenging projects with tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in developing manufacturing processes across global supply bases.
