Manufacturing Design Opportunities

What you'll do

• Develop high precision mechanical manufacturing processes for Apple's hardware enclosures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Engineering and Global Supply Management.
• Ensure manufacturing solutions meet product quality, cost, yield, capacity, schedule, and environmental goals.
• Investigate and develop non-standard manufacturing approaches to overcome technical challenges.
• Interface between product design groups and suppliers to drive development of tooling processes.
• Lead the team in developing processes for building extraordinary products from new ideas.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, process development, program management, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to use data for problem-solving and product improvement.
• Demonstrated success in delivering challenging projects with tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in developing manufacturing processes across global supply bases.
