What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
  • Contribute production-ready code and actively participate in feature development and system enhancements.
  • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering team members.
  • Translate business requirements from stakeholders into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Lead technical design discussions and architectural decision-making for the Individual Health business.
  • Establish and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
  • Support production applications by troubleshooting issues and leading root cause analysis activities.

What we're looking for

  • 5 years or more of experience developing enterprise applications using ASP.NET and C#.
  • 1 year or more of experience leading or managing software engineers.
  • Experience actively designing, developing, and supporting production software applications.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and complex T-SQL development.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
  • Experience with Git, automated testing, and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial Services applications (preferred).
