What you'll do

Architect and design digital products using modern tools, frameworks, and systems.
Lead the design, building, and enhancement of software products.
Manage and mentor medium to large engineering teams, including setting expectations and evaluating performance.
Implement testing strategies, pair programming practices, and test-driven development (TDD).
Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines.
Oversee application performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting using tools like Datadog.
Align product portfolios and technical strategies with product managers and key stakeholders.
Own the production environment and ensure the success of digital products through KPIs.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or a similar skill.
Strong proficiency in Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x+.
Strong proficiency in JVM and Application Performance Architecture/Management.
Understanding of frontend engineering including ReactJS, AngularJS, and Typescript.
Experience building microservices and event-driven systems (Kafka preferred).
Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and familiarity with schema standards like OpenAPI/JSON/AVSC.
Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, and Datadog for monitoring.
Working knowledge of Python, MongoDB, and generative/agentic AI tooling (preferred).
