What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams while maintaining hands-on technical expertise.
Strong Core Java experience and deep knowledge of software development, testing, and performance engineering.
Strong software design and architecture experience with microservices, APIs, and scalable systems.
Deep familiarity with test automation frameworks, modern automated testing practices, and end-to-end testing lifecycles.
Experience delivering large, complex technical solutions in agile environments and defining technical strategies.
Experience with secure coding practices, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Exposure to AI concepts or tools with the ability to apply them within a software engineering context.
