Required competencies include expertise in operating model design, business architecture, and executive communication. The role addresses the challenge of scaling consistent product delivery within a complex, regulated investment management environment through automation, continuous planning, and cross-functional alignment.

What you'll do

  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide product transformation strategy aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and mature the product operating model, including governance, decision rights, and cross-functional interaction mechanisms.
  • Establish a roadmap for adopting and scaling product-centric capabilities across business and technology organizations.
  • Create transparent mechanisms for prioritization, funding, portfolio trade-offs, and dependency management.
  • Integrate AI-enabled product delivery and automated workflows into the broader operating model strategy.
  • Build enterprise capability through playbooks, standards, communities of practice, and role-based coaching.
  • Lead a high-performing team of transformation leaders and product coaches to drive organizational change.
  • Facilitate executive working sessions to present transformation progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, organizational development, technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business transformation, operating model design, product management, strategy, business architecture, consulting, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with executive-level visibility in complex, matrixed, and regulated organizations.
  • Expertise in product operating models, governance frameworks, organizational design, decision rights, portfolio management, and outcome-based measurement.
  • Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, operating mechanisms, capability-building plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Executive-level communication, facilitation, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience building cross-functional teams and driving sustained organizational adoption and behavioral change.
  • Experience with modern product management, continuous planning, customer discovery, and iterative delivery practices; experience in asset management or financial services (preferred).
