What you'll do

Own complex initiatives to improve customer experience, fulfillment performance, and financial outcomes.
Use customer, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities and isolate root causes.
Translate ambiguous problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and data-driven recommendations.
Lead cross-functional solution design and execution with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations partners.
Build and manage end-to-end plans including milestones, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness.
Create concise, executive-ready updates and decision materials for leadership.
Measure post-launch results to identify gaps and drive refinements or corrective actions.
Improve team planning and execution through better processes, tools, and automation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management.
5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in eCommerce, supply chain, operations, product, strategy, or analytics.
Strong structured problem-solving skills to turn ambiguous issues into clear questions and practical paths forward.
Strong analytical fluency using data to form hypotheses, assess trade-offs, and measure impact.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to make complex work understandable for all audiences.
Proven ability to influence without authority and drive commitments to closure across functions.
Disciplined program-management skills including milestone, dependency, and risk management.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver technology-enabled outcomes (preferred).
Experience in omnichannel retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, supply chain, or marketplaces (preferred).
Working knowledge of SQL, BI and visualization tools, Jira, Airtable, or process-automation tools (preferred).
Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
