What you'll do

Develop and implement payment monetization strategies and tools to support new and existing seller services.
Lead advancements in billing strategies and payment mechanisms for domestic and international segments.
Monitor project progress against milestones and lead cross-functional meetings to address issues and maintain program health.
Create and execute a detailed roadmap for billing solutions to optimize automated recovery.
Build stakeholder consensus by presenting data-driven recommendations and clear communications.
Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements and regulatory requirements are met.
Align technology initiatives with organizational priorities to drive continuous improvement and business performance.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Demonstrate expertise in payments or fintech industry and product strategy.
Provide proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting and risk mitigation for complex technology projects.
Possess strong skills in stakeholder communication, influencing, and building consensus across cross-functional teams.
Utilize advanced SQL skills, including proficiency in window functions and query optimization.
Experience in Canada, MX, and Chile payments markets (preferred).
Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
