What you'll do

Manage day-to-day marketplace payment operations to ensure accurate execution and timely seller resolution.
Resolve complex payment issues, incidents, and escalations across technical, financial, and legal teams.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, controls, and standard operating procedures.
Identify and implement product, tooling, and automation opportunities to reduce manual operations.
Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Lead cross-functional initiatives from the planning phase through to final delivery.
Support operational readiness for new payment capabilities and market expansions.
Coach and develop associates to foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

What we're looking for

Experience in payments, fintech, financial operations, eCommerce/Marketplace, banking, or related operations.
Experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Strong operational ownership with the ability to resolve complex, ambiguous, and high-impact issues.
Program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using KPIs, trends, and root-cause analysis.
Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
