JOB TITLE: (USA) Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics - Payments Strategy & Analytics, Marketplace As a Senior Manager within the Marketplace Partner Payments team, you will lead a high-performing team focused on payments and financial operations for marketplace sellers. You will shape the vision for payment strategies, manage financial losses, and improve the seller experience by developing robust frameworks to reduce chargebacks and fraud. Your daily work involves analyzing trends to identify root causes, automating payment workflows, and streamlining reconciliation and settlements. You will utilize SQL to work with large-scale datasets and employ data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker to generate actionable insights. This role addresses complex problems in cross-border payments, payment holds, and risk management within an e-commerce marketplace ecosystem to ensure a secure and scalable financial environment for sellers.

What you'll do

Develop and implement payment frameworks to proactively reduce financial losses and chargebacks.
Define and lead strategies to identify and mitigate payment fraud and risks.
Accelerate automation of payment workflows to streamline reconciliation and settlements.
Transform the end-to-end seller payments journey by identifying and removing friction points.
Influence and deliver on payment-related roadmaps in collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
Use advanced data analytics to generate insights that optimize payment performance metrics.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team focused on ownership and data-driven decisions.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience preferably in Payments, eCommerce, Risk, Financial Services, or a similar space.
At least 3+ years in a leadership or team management capacity driving high-impact programs.
Advanced understanding of SQL with hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets.
Experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace platforms, seller payments, and financial ecosystems is a plus (preferred).
