Manager, Supply Chain Planning - Wafers

What you'll do

• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply plans with business leaders to meet demand and revenue targets.
• Analyze planning strategies and priority tradeoffs to optimize inventory positions.
• Present weekly supply changes and updates to executive management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing supply chain planners.
• Collaborate with foundry partners to resolve near-term wafer shortages and forecast long-term capacity requirements.
• Align with backend planning, capacity planning, and engineering teams to identify and resolve chip supply bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement projects in support of organizational strategies.

What we're looking for

• BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supply chain or operations.
• Preferred background in semiconductors or wafer/chip planning.
• At least 4+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, advanced planning software, and other business applications.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior executive staff.
• Demonstrated agility and flexibility in a fast-paced, constraint production environment.
• Proven problem solving, analytical, and complex modeling skills.
