What you'll do

Design and develop protocols and statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and scientific research studies.

Identify appropriate data collection instruments and report any data issues or violations of study assumptions.
Perform independent statistical analyses and collaborate with programming teams to ensure high-quality, timely outputs.
Evaluate software appropriateness and develop novel statistical methodologies for planned analyses.
Develop strategies for data presentation, inference, and the publication of scientific research.
Ensure the accuracy and internal consistency of all reports, tables, listings, and figures.
Explain complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians and provide guidance on suggested analyses.

What we're looking for

MS with 6+ years of experience or a PhD with 2+ years of experience in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Experience performing statistical computations and simulations.
Pharmaceutical or related industry knowledge, including drug development and life-cycle management in a regulated environment (preferred).
Oncology experience (preferred).
High degree of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to identify data or analytical issues and provide solutions independently or by seeking help.
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to achieve higher performance.
Highly motivated to drive innovation by raising the bar and challenging the status quo.
