What you'll do

Design, analyze, and report on clinical trials and other scientific research studies.
Develop protocols and statistical analysis plans with specific details for programming implementation.
Identify appropriate data collection instruments and report issues or violations of study assumptions.
Provide programming specifications for derived variables and analysis datasets.
Perform independent statistical analyses according to the established analysis plan.
Develop strategies for data presentation, inference, and scientific research publications.
Ensure accuracy and internal consistency of reports, tables, listings, and figures.
Explain complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians and provide responses to data-driven questions.

What we're looking for

MS with 6+ years of experience or a PhD with 2+ years of experience in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Experience performing statistical computations and simulations.
Pharmaceutical or related industry knowledge, including drug development and life-cycle management in a regulated environment (preferred).
Oncology experience (preferred).
High degree of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to identify data or analytical issues and provide solutions independently or by seeking help.
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to achieve higher performance.
Highly motivated to drive innovation by raising the bar and challenging the status quo.
