What you'll do

Design and develop protocols and statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and scientific research studies.
Identify appropriate data collection instruments and provide programming specifications for derived variables and datasets.
Perform independent statistical analyses while ensuring high-quality outputs meet established timelines.
Evaluate software suitability and develop novel statistical methodologies for complex scientific investigations.
Develop strategies for data presentation, inference, and the publication of scientific research results.
Translate complex statistical concepts into clear explanations for non-statistical cross-functional stakeholders.
Assess real-world and clinical databases to conduct feasibility studies and generate patient-centric evidence.
Lead strategic initiatives to improve processes for monitoring and reporting product safety data.

What we're looking for

MS with 6+ years of experience or PhD with 2+ years of experience in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAS, R, and/or Python to develop, validate, and implement complex statistical analyses and simulation studies.
Experience supporting clinical development programs, including trial design and statistical analysis planning.
Ability to independently lead statistical activities and communicate concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
Immunology clinical trial experience (preferred).
PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or a highly related field (preferred).
