What you'll do

Develop protocols and statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and scientific research studies.
Implement sound statistical methodologies for scientific investigations and data analysis.
Identify appropriate data collection instruments and report issues or violations of study assumptions.
Provide programming specifications for derived variables and analysis datasets to the Data Science team.
Perform independent statistical analyses and collaborate with programming teams to ensure timely delivery.
Develop strategies for data presentation, inference, and the publication of scientific research.
Ensure the accuracy and internal consistency of all reports, tables, listings, and figures.
Explain complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians and provide guidance on suggested analyses.

What we're looking for

PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field with at least 2 years of experience.
Proficiency in SAS, R, and/or Python with expertise in developing and implementing complex statistical analyses and simulation studies.
Experience supporting clinical development programs, including clinical trial design and statistical analysis planning.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
Ability to independently lead statistical activities and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
High degree of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to achieve higher performance.
Immunology clinical trial experience (preferred).
