What you'll do

Provide statistical leadership for the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials and scientific research programs.
Develop protocols and statistical analysis plans for product safety and medical affairs evidence generation.
Define programming specifications for derived variables and oversee data preparation before database lock.
Perform complex statistical analyses while identifying and resolving issues in study designs and methodologies.
Create strategies for data presentation, inference, and the publication of scientific research results.
Lead statistical support for benefit-risk planning and assessment to address safety analyses and ad hoc requests.
Communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to non-statistical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

MS with 8+ years of experience or PhD with 4+ years of experience in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
High degree of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage project timelines and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-cultural or overseas teams.
Oncology experience (preferred).
Pharmaceutical or related industry knowledge including drug development and life-cycle management in a regulated environment (desired).
Experience supporting safety-related projects such as ISS, benefit-risk assessment, or signal detection (preferred).
