What you'll do

Design and develop protocols and statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and scientific research studies.
Implement sound statistical methodologies and identify appropriate data collection instruments for investigations.
Provide programming specifications for derived variables and coordinate with Data Science teams before database locks.
Perform independent statistical analyses while ensuring high-quality outputs meet established project timelines.
Evaluate the appropriateness of software and develop novel statistical methodologies when necessary.
Develop strategies for data presentation, inference, and the publication of scientific research results.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in tables, listings, and figures across all reports and publications.
Communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to non-statistical stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

What we're looking for

MS with 6+ years of experience or PhD with 2+ years of experience in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAS, R, and/or Python to develop, validate, and implement complex statistical analyses and simulation studies.
Experience supporting clinical development programs, including trial design and statistical analysis planning.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
Ability to independently lead statistical activities and communicate concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
High degree of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills.
Immunology clinical trial experience (preferred).
PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or a highly related field (preferred).
