What you'll do

Design and develop protocols and statistical analysis plans for clinical trials and scientific research studies.
Implement sound statistical methodologies in scientific investigations and identify appropriate data collection instruments.
Provide programming specifications for derived variables and coordinate with Data Science teams before database locks.
Perform independent statistical analyses as defined by the study's analysis plan.
Evaluate software appropriateness and develop novel statistical methodologies when necessary.
Develop strategies for data presentation, inference, and the publication of scientific research.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in tables, listings, and figures across all reports and publications.
Communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to non-statistician stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

MS with 6+ years of experience or PhD with 2+ years of experience in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAS, R, and/or Python to develop, validate, and implement complex statistical analyses and simulation studies.
Experience supporting clinical development programs, including trial design and statistical analysis planning.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
Ability to lead statistical activities independently and communicate concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
High degree of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills.
Immunology clinical trial experience (preferred).
PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or a highly related field (preferred).
