What you'll do

Oversee project finances, budgets, billing processes, and forecasting to maintain financial integrity.

Coordinate and lead external vendor relationships as the primary point of contact to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Identify opportunities for technology optimization and innovation to drive system scalability.
Develop a roadmap for a world-class support model and monitor the health and performance of technology solutions.
Build and review critical metrics for systems using visualization tools.
Track and assess emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and technical recommendations.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience leading and recruiting technical teams including engineers, architects, and project managers.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Development.
Experience with Node.js, Python, Java/J2EE architectures, and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Experience with software delivery lifecycles for web, mobile, and backend services in multi-vendor environments.
Experience with Agile development approaches and enterprise architecture including reference architectures.
Proven experience in monitoring, supporting, and improving application availability and reliability.
