What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience leading engineering organizations, technology delivery teams, or cross-functional product initiatives.

Experience with technologies including Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, REST APIs, microservices, Kafka, event-driven architecture, NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms.
Experience leading globally distributed teams using Agile methodologies in large, matrixed organizations.
Excellent communication skills to present technical and business recommendations to executive leadership.
Experience in pricing, inventory, commerce, reservation, transactional, or decisioning platforms (preferred); experience in travel, hospitality, hotel, airline, cruise, or related industries (preferred).
