What we're looking for
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
7+ years of experience building large-scale software systems and web applications while leading engineering teams and projects.
Expertise with enterprise architecture repository tools, including those similar to BlueDolphin or LeanIX.
Experience developing and managing architecture taxonomies, patterns, and standards while aligning them with strategic objectives.
Hands-on skills in Java 21+, Spring, microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Deep experience with DynamoDB, Aurora, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools like Splunk or Grafana.
Experience using AI-powered coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q, or Claude to accelerate development.
Experience in the Disney, Food & Beverage, or Attractions & Entertainment domain (preferred).
