What you'll do

Manage the integration and deployment of the Engagement Platform across multiple operating companies.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in the software development industry.
At least 2 years of people management experience managing multiple teams or one large team.
Ability to manage, mentor, and empower teams, including other people managers.
Proven leadership skills in building, maintaining, and deploying internal business applications and highly available services.
Strong communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical users.
Experience with agile development practices emphasizing continuous improvement.
Experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar technologies and delivering microservices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience with React or React Native (preferred).
