What you'll do

Manage a team of engineers including performance reviews, compensation decisions, and involuntary separations.
Design and operate large-scale, fault-tolerant event streaming architectures using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.
Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities into enterprise-grade systems.
Perform advanced PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and schema management.
Act as technical product owner to define business, architectural, and design requirements.
Analyze, document, and maintain architectures while creating transition plans for target state designs.
Lead the development of solution architecture for the Ovation Risk Platform.
Apply domain knowledge of options exchange operations, trade lifecycles, and clearing workflows.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree in computer science, IT, business administration, or a related field.
At least three years of experience as a senior software engineer, manager application engineer, or related role.
Experience designing and operating large-scale, fault-tolerant event streaming architectures using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.
Experience integrating AI and machine learning into enterprise systems with advanced PostgreSQL database design and query optimization.
Domain knowledge of options exchange operations, trade lifecycle, and clearing workflows.
