What you'll do

Provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and delivery ownership for a portfolio of software products and platforms.
Lead and mentor high-performing teams of engineers building scalable applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, .NET, and AWS.
Serve as a player-coach by guiding technical design, reviewing code, and removing obstacles to ensure project completion.
Drive execution across multiple projects by coordinating priorities, dependencies, and resources across various business functions.
Champion AI-assisted development practices to improve developer productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.
Implement AI-powered solutions including agents, copilots, and workflow automations to enhance internal operations and customer products.
Enforce engineering best practices regarding software quality, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
Partner with product and business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that streamline workflows and accelerate outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack application development.
2+ years of engineering leadership experience managing software development teams.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, C#, .NET, React, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, AWS, and modern cloud-native practices.
Experience evaluating, adopting, or developing AI-powered solutions, LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-assisted development platforms.
Understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, API design, and observability/monitoring tools.
Strong communication skills to engage with engineers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
