What you'll do

Manage the entire product development cycle from requirements analysis and design to testing and government certification.
Lead a small group of developers in creating complex waveform solutions for tactical military radio products.
Plan and execute projects to ensure they align with specific scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
Manage staffing allocations and mentor engineers to ensure the team meets organizational resource demands.
Convert customer requirements into total systems solutions that balance technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Identify and implement engineering process improvements to promote cross-functional collaboration and software re-use.
Support new business pursuits by contributing to proposals and Basis of Estimates (BOE).
Analyze and collect metrics related to project execution and software performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years related experience, Graduate Degree and 7 years, or 13 years experience without a degree.
Experience with embedded C++/C, Agile Scrum, and DevOps-based software development.
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Experience leading teams of 5+ engineers, including managing budgets and schedules (preferred).
Experience with all phases of the software project development life cycle (preferred).
Experience in agile software development methodologies using an iterative, time-boxed development process (preferred).
Certified ScrumMaster® (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
