  • Develop operating models with Sales to achieve growth in existing and new advertiser cohorts.
  • Lead GTM motion by creating resources, programs, and playbooks for the Sales team.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and solve problems to meet objectives efficiently.
  • Build scalable processes and tools to automate tasks and reduce manual work across teams.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in ad tech, retail media, ecommerce, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of leading revenue-driving projects and delivering results.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product and sales teams.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and basic SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to build from scratch and scale initiatives effectively.
