What you'll do

  • Own DDfB sales-led demand gen performance across LinkedIn, Paid Search, ABM motions, and content syndication.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn and Paid Search campaigns, including audience/keyword strategy and budget allocation.
  • Develop and scale ABM/ICP-targeted programs to reach priority accounts and decision-makers.
  • Manage and optimize content syndication programs for lead quality and conversion improvements.
  • Own full-funnel testing strategy to improve CVR and reduce CPL/CAC through creative/copy iteration and audience segmentation.
  • Build tight Sales feedback loops to diagnose lead quality and translate qualitative feedback into funnel improvements.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation and performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in executing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Paid Search campaigns.
  • Experience with ABM/ICP-targeted marketing strategies aligned to sales priorities.
  • Knowledge of content syndication program management, including vendor oversight.
  • Fluency in key performance metrics like MQL, SQL, CPL, CAC/CPA, ROAS, Payback.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build trust with Sales teams.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot/Pardot) and experimentation frameworks.
