What you'll do

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for advertiser recommendations and incentives platform.
  • Define and evolve intelligence layer identifying advertisers' journey stages and needs.
  • Build data-backed recommendation systems unlocking performance opportunities for advertisers.
  • Design and optimize incentive programs driving advertiser activation, engagement, and spend milestones.
  • Work cross-functionally with Measurement, Ranking, Targeting, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of experience in digital advertising products, including advertiser-facing roles.
  • Strong background in building recommendation systems for advertisers with relevance and timing considerations.
  • Experience working across different advertiser tiers, particularly self-managed campaigns (SMC).
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a complex matrixed organization involving multiple teams.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and strategies to enhance advertiser retention and performance.
  • Strong data fluency and hands-on experience with SQL for backend ad platform products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integration with product data, such as Salesforce.
