Manager, Scrum Master

What you'll do

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams to ensure proper implementation of Scrum principles.
• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and promote self-organization within the development teams.
• Identify and remove impediments or blockers that hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog and clear user stories.
• Track team performance using metrics like velocity and burn-down charts to identify improvement opportunities.
• Advocate for best practices in Agile project management and process efficiency.
• Manage cross-team coordination and stakeholder communication to ensure project alignment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development or technology teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in removing team blockers and fostering high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
• Experience with distributed teams, scaling Agile practices, or AI-related products (preferred).
