  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Inside Sales teams to align pipeline production needs.
  • Implement scalable processes for lead management and follow-up SLAs.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales prospecting and closing deals.
  • Proven track record in hiring, developing, and promoting team members.
  • Experience with complex enterprise software and multi-level decision making.
  • Familiarity with open source software sales environment is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Record of overachievement in sales roles (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
