Quality Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the Quality Engineering team while establishing performance standards and professional development goals.
• Manage and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) compliance to meet AS9100 certification standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for internal manufacturing, supplier quality, and field products.
• Drive continuous improvement across product design, manufacturing processes, and supplier performance.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to evaluate, prioritize, and track product reliability issues.
• Manage internal tracking systems for incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and field quality reports.
• Lead investigations into root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with suppliers.
• Direct Material Review Board activities including the containment and disposition of defective materials.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing compliance in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 regulated environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Quality core tools including FMEA, RCCA/8D, Change Management, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T.
• Hands-on experience using mechanical and electrical metrology tools and instruments.
• Working knowledge of electro-mechanical design and relevant manufacturing processes.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
