You must understand financial derivatives, market liquidity, and order book mechanics to solve complex market-microstructure and volatility modeling problems.

What you'll do

Translate vague business goals into clear, actionable requirements for the technical data science team.
Partner with leadership to build predictive client-intelligence models and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Productize advanced liquidity insights and market-microstructure analytics into scalable AI features.
Deploy generative AI tools for automated market commentary and personalized client campaigns.
Own and prioritize the team backlog using value-driven frameworks to ensure high-impact deliverables.
Break down complex AI/ML features into manageable user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
Define and track metrics for both model performance and overall business impact.
Ensure all AI outputs are transparent, explainable, and compliant with financial regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Product Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally delivering AI/ML solutions in capital markets or fintech.
Foundational understanding of financial derivatives, market liquidity, and order book mechanics.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
Proficiency in querying data using SQL basics to validate assumptions and drive data-informed decisions.
Exceptional ability to translate complex data science models into business value and commercial goals.
Accredited AI/ML credential strongly recommended upon application and required shortly after hire.
Experience operating within a SAFe environment (preferred).
