Manager, Product Management - AI/ML, Enterprise Feature Platform joins the Enterprise Feature Platform team to drive the development of scalable, high-performance foundation models and accelerate the Machine Learning Development Lifecycle. Required skills include proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, and technology-driven problem solving. Preferred experience includes working with AI/ML products and emerging technologies like Gemini, Claude, or Google Apps Script to build smarter solutions for internal developers and data scientists.
Manage the Enterprise Feature Platform to provide scalable foundation models for internal developers and data scientists.
Accelerate the Machine Learning Development Lifecycle (MDLC) by replacing fragmented infrastructure with a unified platform.
Develop agentic workflows and simplify the overall platform experience for internal users.
Define metrics to measure business impacts such as improved outreach and reduced time-to-market.
Translate complex business strategies into technical requirements for AI/ML product features.
Identify and resolve complex technical problems while mitigating risks to the product roadmap.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment and deliver innovative technology solutions.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools (preferred).
Previous experience in an AI/ML product role (preferred).
