What we're looking for

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience.
Translate stakeholder and business needs into technical requirements.
Prioritize a backlog of high-impact data capabilities.
Define, instrument, and measure success metrics for people data onboarding.
Drive alignment across diverse partner and stakeholder teams to focus on value.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback across various channels.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
