What you'll do

Lead the Recoveries customer experience across mobile app and web platforms.
Create a unified customer experience roadmap that balances urgent needs with future experimentation.
Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and compliance.
Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks.
Drive meaningful P&L impact through the management of the Recoveries product charter.
Reimagine and innovate product solutions based on internal and external customer needs.
Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for customers in distress.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must have product management experience working in both web and mobile full stack environments.
Must have people leadership experience.
Must possess the decision-making, teamwork, and product skills to manage Collections customer experiences.
Must have exceptional judgment and stakeholder management skills to create a unified customer experience roadmap.
Must be comfortable in deep partnership with a broad coalition of functions.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
