The Senior Associate, Product Management - Customer Resiliency, Payments and Offers Capabilities joins the Card Customer Resiliency team to support customers facing financial hardship. This role involves leading a fully-staffed engineering squad to architect and deliver functional enhancements within the third-party offers ecosystem. You will build targeted offer programs, manage feature development roadmaps, and translate business epics into user stories and acceptance criteria. Key responsibilities include driving agile delivery, conducting research on evolving technology, and collaborating with designers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts. The work focuses on providing concessional support and structured debt resolution for vulnerable customers navigating complex recovery paths through external channels, ensuring seamless integrations and transparent capabilities to help individuals resolve outstanding balances and achieve sustainable credit health.
Lead a fully-staffed engineering squad as the product owner to deliver high-impact third-party offer solutions.
Break down business epics into specific features and user stories to drive Minimal Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Own and prioritize the product roadmap to ensure all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk.
Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria with tech teams and identify research needs for future feature designs.
Use hypothesis-driven data assessments to ensure product features deliver on real business needs.
Collaborate with designers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge customer solutions.
Articulate a succinct product roadmap to stakeholders to demonstrate business value and share results.
Research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technologies within an agile environment.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
