Manager, Product Management – Customer Resiliency Data Platform (US Card) joins the Analytical Data Infrastructure team to bridge the gap between raw data and high-performance, business-ready datasets. The role involves leading the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable data products, driving data consumption for downstream analytics, and enabling machine learning models at scale. What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Experience as a Product Manager driving data infrastructure, data platforms, or data products (preferred).
Hands-on familiarity with modern data architectures, enterprise platforms, and machine learning integration (preferred).
Strong track record of translating complex analytical needs into scalable, user-friendly data solutions (preferred).
Excellent cross-functional skills with experience navigating technical, business, and risk stakeholders (preferred).
Must be able to work in a hybrid work environment at the designated office location.
