Senior Manager, Product Management - Customer Resiliency Web and Mobile App Experience Lead joins the Card Customer Resiliency team to lead the Collections and Recoveries web and mobile experiences. This role serves as a people leader for product managers overseeing two web teams and two mobile teams. This role addresses the critical challenge of providing dignity and clarity to vulnerable customers who are navigating credit delinquency or seeking payment plans during difficult life events like natural disasters.
Lead the product management for Collections and Recoveries experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Manage a team of product managers overseeing multiple web and mobile development teams.
Create a unified customer experience roadmap that balances urgent short-term needs with future innovations.
Partner with design, marketing, operations, compliance, and data science teams to develop product visions.
Drive meaningful P&L impact by managing products for millions of customers in debt distress.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must have product management experience working in both web and mobile full stack environments.
Must have people leadership experience to manage multiple product managers across web and mobile teams.
Must possess the judgment and stakeholder management skills to create a unified customer experience roadmap.
Must be able to partner with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, operations, compliance, and data science.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
