What you'll do

  • Prioritize and sequence the product roadmap to scale chat capabilities and meet diverse customer needs.
  • Provide clear technical requirements to engineering partners to facilitate the design and delivery of the platform.
  • Manage complex dependencies and navigate ambiguity to lead cross-functional teams toward project goals.
  • Drive the integration of AI solutions into the conversational servicing experience for all customers.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience is acceptable.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
