JOB TITLE: Sr. Manager, Product Management - Conversational AI Servicing Quality Assurance
The Sr. Manager, Product Management - Conversational AI Servicing Quality Assurance leads the Analytics Pillar team to direct the strategy for evaluating conversational AI solutions. This role involves owning platform integration and roadmap execution to onboard conversational AI solutions onto a quality platform. Key responsibilities include pioneering AI QA on AI capabilities, establishing automated assessment parameters, and creating Human-in-the-Loop workflows and closed-loop feedback systems. The position requires designing systems for rapid coverage expansion and overseeing core product workstreams like transcript-level LLM intelligence, natural language querying, and UI enhancements. The role requires experience with LLM evaluation pipelines, cloud-scale conversational apps, and data platforms. The work focuses on scaling automated validation and unstructured analytics across customer interactions to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable quality checks.
Own platform integration and roadmap execution to onboard conversational AI solutions onto the quality platform.
Establish automated assessment parameters, Human-in-the-Loop workflows, and closed-loop feedback systems for AI self-correction.
Design scalable systems to ensure quality checks and interaction insights remain accurate across complex customer intents.
Drive transcript-level LLM intelligence, natural language querying, UI enhancements, and AI workflow integrations.
Expand full-file automated monitoring across high-priority regulatory, business, and behavioral use cases.
Direct, mentor, and empower product and analytics associates to achieve team goals.
Align team backlogs with executive priorities and optimize delivery velocity across engineering and data science teams.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must have experience shipping complex data platforms or cloud-scale conversational applications.
Must possess deep knowledge of LLM evaluation pipelines.
Must have proven team management experience.
Must be able to orchestrate alignment across platform analytics and core quality workflows.
Must be able to manage technical dependencies and lead high-velocity, cross-functional teams.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
