What you'll do

Lead a team of engineers by providing mentorship and career growth opportunities.
Develop Customer Terminal architecture in coordination with multi-disciplinary sub-system engineering teams.
Create validation plans, build testing infrastructure, and execute data analysis for stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve technical validation failures.
Ensure all delivered products meet technical, functional, performance, regulatory, and business requirements.
Perform in-field and on-orbit validation with satellites to verify system performance.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, or another relevant engineering discipline.
7+ years of experience in satellite terminal development, integration, and validation.
Experience leading an engineering team and managing large-scale infrastructure design, automation, deployment, and support.
Experience with communication systems, RF, antenna technology, and test instruments like spectrum analyzers and channel emulators.
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or C++.
Master or PhD degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of digital communications, satellite link budgets, and advanced signal processing techniques (preferred).
