What you'll do

Lead a team of engineers to provide technical mentorship and career growth opportunities.
Develop the Customer Terminal architecture by coordinating with electrical, RF, antenna, and software sub-system engineers.
Create validation plans, build testing infrastructure, and execute data analysis to report results to stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex validation failures.
Ensure all delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, regulatory, and business requirements.
Perform in-field and on-orbit validation testing with satellites.
Manage the entire development process from early prototypes through mass production.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, or a relevant engineering discipline.
Master or PhD degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline (preferred).
7+ years of experience in satellite terminal development, integration, and validation.
Experience leading an engineering team and leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
Experience with communication systems, RF, antenna, and test instruments like spectrum analyzers and channel emulators.
Experience with MATLAB, Python, or C++.
