What you'll do

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within a domain of expertise.
Experience leading multiple teams and coaching them toward goals aligned with strategic initiatives and regulatory timelines.
Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience in agile methodologies including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
In-depth knowledge of financial services IT systems and practical cloud native experience.
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, MQ, Oracle, Postgres, Kafka, Apache Iceberg, and Selenium for test automation.
Experience leading responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools and understanding of responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
