As Manager of Software Engineering - Analytics & Feedback Platforms within the Employee Platforms team, you will lead multiple teams to deliver complex technology initiatives from concept through production. You are responsible for guiding software engineers on daily tasks, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring all work adheres to compliance standards and business requirements. Your role involves driving the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and SDLC automation to improve delivery speed and quality. You will manage system design, application development, testing, and operational stability across the full software development life cycle. Required skills include a strong full-stack background with expertise in backend applications, cloud-native engineering, and CI/CD. Preferred technical proficiencies include Java, JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and automated testing frameworks within financial services technology environments to solve complex scalability and performance challenges.
