What you'll do

Guide a team of software engineers on daily tasks and technical activities.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
Experience leading technology projects with Big Data and Event Driven Architecture.
Hands-on experience with Spark, Databricks, AWS, and Java.
Experience managing technologists.
Experience leading responsible adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and delivery workflows.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering, including data sensitivity and security implications.
Proficiency in SDLC, agile methodologies (CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security), financial services IT systems, and cloud native technologies.
Exposure to decision engines like ODM or Drools (preferred).
